Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Ticket bookings

All tickets to The Infinity-Z ("we", "us") are booked for a specific date and arrival time slot. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

2. Cancellations by you

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or stated below.
No rescheduling: tickets are valid only for the date and time slot booked and can't be moved to another date or time.
No-show: if you do not arrive within your booked time window, the ticket is treated as used and is not refundable.

3. Cancellations or changes by us

If we cancel or are unable to provide your booked experience (for example due to technical, safety, or operational reasons), you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via our payment gateway, Razorpay.
Refunds are typically initiated within 2 business days of approval and reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/card issuer.
Convenience/booking fees charged by third-party platforms (e.g. BookMyShow, District) are governed by that platform's own policy.

5. Force majeure

We are not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural events, government orders, power/network failure, etc.). In such cases we will offer a credit where reasonably possible.
