The rules for buying tickets and visiting The Infinity-Z.
These Terms govern your use of the website and your visit to The Infinity-Z ("we", "us"). By booking a ticket, you agree to these Terms.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms. Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment, and you receive a booking reference and QR pass.
Personal photography/videography is welcome. Flash and professional/commercial shoots require prior permission. We may capture photos/video on-site for promotional use; tell staff if you prefer not to be filmed.
Outside food/drink, sharp objects, hazardous materials, and anything that could damage installations are not permitted. This includes pets (except assistance animals), smoking and vaping products, alcohol, laser pointers, drones, tripods and selfie sticks, and chewing gum or glitter, which can damage the ball pool and fiber-optic installations.
You enter and participate at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, The Infinity-Z is not liable for personal belongings or for indirect losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
